Victory Park is a master-planned area of the city covering 75 acres of land near central Downtown, Uptown, the West End, and the Design District. Including retail spaces, restaurants, luxury living, entertainment, and a hip nightlife, Victory Park is the ultimate in urban design. The centerpiece of the area is American Airlines Center, the home arena of the Dallas Mavericks basketball and Dallas Stars hockey. It is also a major entertainment venue for concert performances.
