With eyes toward revitalization of the greater downtown area, all of the neighborhoods discussed in the MLA Dallas 2012 Local Information list are included in the context of "downtown" Dallas. For our purposes, however, only the central business and government areas will be referred to as the Downtown neighborhood. Many large businesses are headquartered in Downtown, including AT&T, Comerica, Belo, Greyhound, Neiman Marcus, and Which Wich. In its budding renaissance, the area has again become a popular destination for commerce, dining, entertainment, and living.
